Even spare packaging can preserve details that disappear when a track is reposted without context: artist name, title, recording location or method, date, side sequence, label identity, and contact information. Listening and collecting without turning tape into décor

Photograph both sides before labels fade. Record the catalogue number, artist, title, label, acquisition date, and condition notes.
